Even though the bracelet was very nice, the delay in receiving your product was unacceptable. Your AI answers were lacking/ frustrating and if tariffs are really an issue with the delivery, you should address that before purchase. It was over a week and a half late based on your original date. Since this was a gift, had to purchase something else since it didn't arrive in time. Unfortunately, we won't be buying anything else from your company.

I was dissappointed at the presentation of the bracelet upon arrival. No “Thank you for your order”. No invoice. No insert with info or care instructions. I know everything is online, but it just doesnt feel very special when it just arrives in a box with no personalization. Also…seems somewhat “cheap” for the price….but I do “like” it mostly due to the engraving which makes its such a great gift. Not sure I’d order again though.

The fit is perfect and it is made with my favorite colors. RED & BLACK! GO DAWGS!!!
