Mastering the Double Lift - a wonderful resource

I purchased Mastering the Double Lift a while ago and I've been slowly working through it. I really appreciate Mr. Close's pedagogical approach. It has made learning this so much easier. I also really like the mixed media format. The video examples are really helpful. Thank you, sir, for creating such a useful and informative tutorial.

A bargain and essential

I learned how to faro shuffle from Michael's CD-ROM (remember those?) and have also learned a ton from his books and DVDs over the years. I am just getting into this ebook, but it is a godsend and typically Close-ian -- thorough, practical, step by step, every nuance thought out and addressed, well-demo'd and well taught. I've consulted any number of sources on the double lift over the years and feel I will finally confront and correct my not-great double and triple lifts. The combination of written instruction + theory with step-by-step video links is the way all moves should be taught. So much better than DVDs or books alone. I agree wholeheartedly with Nathan Coe Marsh's rave review in the March 2022 Genii: highly recommended, pick of the (any) month. 99% of all magicians should get this and improve their technique.
