In My Dino Mom Era (Back Print)

The original order I received was not the correct design. I tried reaching out via email to get it corrected and it took almost a week to receive a response. I tried calling in the meantime and it went straight to voicemail the 10 times I tried to call at different times of the day. Once I got an email response, my email wasn't properly read as the customer service person thought I wanted to exchange the sweatshirt and tried charging me shipping again on an order I didn't mess up on. I replied back saying I didn't think that was a fair ask and she apologized for the mistake and re-sent the order without charging me shipping. This email exchange took days as well. When I finally received the correct order, I had two separate packages in my mailbox. I opened them both and they are the same (and correct) sweatshirt. I received two. So now I have three sweatshirts when I only ordered one. This is not the first time I have had issues with your company. The first time I was charged for a shirt I didn't order. The customer service needs to be more timely and you should have a phone number that people actually answer. The quality of the sweatshirt seems to be adequate and the design is the reason I bought it but sadly, I will not be doing business with you again.

Bought this for my daughter who is a paleontologist and just had her first baby. She said it is so soft and she basically wears it whenever it is clean!

I love it! Came in quickly, the quality is great and ghe design is perfect. Its so soft and my daughter cant wait for me to wear it to her birthday party.
