We looked and looked and there it was the best off grid stove foe outside kitchen. So we call, well it Ben himself answered! We were not impressed with the shipping fees at all, he suggested a different brand... hum.. we will think about it. A week later we ordered the stove that Ben had suggested. And it came on time and the box was perfect...but the box inside was NOT! We called Ben, he answered himself again, and told us to take pictures and send them to him. The stove and the inner box had a small dent at the floor level, nothing that would interfere with the function of the stove. Ben sent the pictures on to the manufacturer and they offer a new panel or a credit, we took the credit! It took my husband less than 15 minutes to change from natural gas to LP and the stove is cooking great, the credit came faster! We are very pleased with the stove and especially with the service from BEN! You should buy from his company, we did and are very happy!-Rodger and Sheila

I had purchased the wrong kind of stove for my building, and Ben called me his self to get more information on what type of stove and help me to order the right one I really appreciate all the help thanks so much would highly recommend this company. We love our stoves.
