Really good product, excellent connectivity between laptop and phone. Really pleased with purchase.

Mute button gets stuck time and again. Not muting properly. Even though it says "Muted", its still not muting. By default Noise cancellation setting seems to be turned On. Unable to use for long hours.

Good value for money, fast delivery plus good warranty support. The quality of the headsets stands up to day to day office use.
