Bad packaging

I was on vacay when the package was delivered and opened the package on the 18th. The hubs were not packaged well and the cog from the rear hub banged up against the front hub and left teeth marks on it. I emailed you all about it with pics. High quality, expensive hubs such as these, or anything new in that sense, I feel like, should be packed with more care. Hoping to get a front hub replacement. I have it boxed up ready to be shipped back if so. Just waiting to hear back. Thanks for the follow up review though. Still look at Powers bmx for lots of items though. Just bummed about my hub🙁.
