My main issue is with shipping. The product is what I was looking for but when I purchased the product, the shipping method was priority mail. I was shipping to Hawaii and the method did not change. It didn't get shipped via priority mail, it was shipped ground advantage and went on the barge. It took a month for me to receive the product. There usually is not a significant cost difference between ground and priority but there is a significant time of arrival difference. If I was told about the actual shipping method, I would've changed my mind.
