A little frustrating

If it wasn’t for one frustrating thing I would have given Snoga a resounding 5 star ⭐️ review, their clothes are awesome, I love the fit, the fabric and the great quality. What frustrates me is when I have an issue I cannot reach a voice to help. I had a confusing situation with a few returns. I emailed them two different times, reading their promise that they look at every email and will respond within 24 to 48 hours (fair enough) However they never responded to me! On the web page they have a phone number but that proved to me a big dead end for me…no live person to ask questions and resolve the complicated situation I was dealing with, only a recording telling me to email them with their wonderful promise they would respond. So I am back to square one and frustrated 😣 Other than that I love Snoga clothing and have purchased from their clothing line throughout the years, never being disappointed! To improve their customer service I wish they would provide a live person to navigate through issues, or how about just responding to emails.
