Disappointed
I absolutely love this company's shirts and clothing I want something from All the different Houston teams gear. Recently ordered a few items and my Texans shirt had a issue. I reached out through chat as that's the only way I could find. I expressed my issue and was met with prompt very respectful service that reassured me I would receive a replacement. 2 weeks went by no email, no phone call,no replacement . I reached back out and was told they no nothing of my complaints and it would be escalated. I'm writing this because I'm very disappointed I want to purchase more clothing but now feeling this company might not be the new favorite I found. I'm hoping the rite person she's this and can change my mind. I just want a professional experience
