Great gift

Gave this set as a Christmas gift, but paid through Amazon. Amazon shipped in a bubble bag, and three of the box’s corners were bashed in. Returned and tried again, but all corners were bashed that time. Then, it’s getting late to receive another replacement in time for Christmas, and Amazon could not guarantee me that the third box would be shipped properly protected. I reached out to RIO and their customer service was amazing. They made sure that I received the replacement box in a well-padded, cardboard box. All corners were perfect and the gift arrived just in time for Christmas. I am so grateful for a small company who really put their name on the line to fix a problem that was beyond their control.

Great idea! Can’t wait to see what adventure awaits me as I rediscover my birth state. I currently live in Missouri, so I bought that state also as a gift.
