Wing Night: Smoked & Fried Wing Kit

I love smoked chicken except for the fact of the rubbery skin. With this kit I get the best of both worlds. I get my smoked chicken and achieve flavorful crispy skin. First time I tried it it was good but the batter was a little to thick. When I looked at the directions I realized I missed the ice cold water, I used tap water. Found it helps to read directions closely. Keep up the great work on your products.

A M A Z I N G ! This is exactly what I was looking for. I love smoked wings. I love fried wings. This is the perfect combo. It is super easy to follow. The rub and batter are perfectly seasoned. The glaze was better than I imagined. I added it after I took the last Pic. I highly recommend this pack.

Using an old smoker and still tweaking and adapting, but just won 2nd place in a fun and very informal wing contest. I'm out of coating and sauce and will definitely be buying more. Great products and great recipe!!
