Sizing is slightly off

I have ordered many rings for my pinky finger all usually 15.5 to 16 mm for my pinky, however I ordered a size 5 that claims to be 15.7mm and this ring doesn’t fit. I have rings that claim to be smaller in diameter that fit fine but unfortunately this one does not fit, very disappointed as iv waited a while for this ring too.
