Beautiful Pie Dish

I recently baked Joann's Bacon Quiche in my new pie dish. I blind baked the crust first and then added the filling. It turned out perfect. This is the perfect pie plate for Pumpkin Quiche, or any liquid filling. Blind baking the curst first, makes for a good, crisp curst.

Thank you for replacing my item that had a defected in it, After using it I love it! The color looks vintage it is just what I thought it would be. The second time the package was bubble wrapped.
