Fantastic customer service.

The jewellery I ordered was stunning but the combination just didn't look right on my hand so I did a postal return for a totally different set. The L&C team were extremely helpful and I couldn't believe how quickly I received my new choice of jewellery. This is the second time I've had to do an exchange with them and not only has the jewellery always been gorgeous but the customer service has been exceptional.
