Yep, first time! I was impressed with every aspect: customer service, delivery and even when I ordered the wrong toner. I placed another order while on the phone and in three days I had the correct toner for my Brother. I have since returned the misorder. If you are going to return any product for any reason be sure not to open the plastic covering the toner. I hope this level of service continues. Prices are incredible!!!!
