I had a pleasant experience installing a dash cam with lockdown security. The cam was supplied by me that I bought from amazon. Upon installation, it was found that the rear cam was defective. Lockdown security went above and beyond to offer me solutions. They followed up promptly after the first appointment and helped me get a new cam (at the same discounted price i got the original cam).
