second year ordering- Leaked frames

I love these frames, so pretty and sparkly. This is my second order of them. The first order came in perfect condition, but this batch came with three frames broken and the liquid oozing all over. I tried contacting customer service to have them replaced but haven't received a response... I don't have use of them if I don't have all of them. Not sure whether I will order again.
