I wanted an additional finder shoe for my AT 80 EDL refractor and this is exactly the one that matches the original on the scope. What is confusing is all the conflicting information regarding what screws to use to attach it without damaging the focus tube. This finder mount shoe came with screws, but they appear to be too long. With careful measuring of the holes, I found that the extra plug screws where this extra mount would go will work. The attachment seems unnecessarily confusing and perhaps should be sent out without screws. I expect some people damaged their scopes with these.

I ordered this to replace the one that I robbed from my AT70ED to put on a William Optics Zenithstar. These Astro-Tech Finder Scope mounting shoes are great. They will fit on any of the Kunming United Optics ED refractors such as William Optics, Starfield, Altair Astro, Sky Rover and TS-Optics.
