While I have not officially used this product yet....I will be in the next couple of weeks when Club Volleyball starts up. I have used similar products by another company and have loved them. I plan on using this to train my hitters how to aim and target their attacks and use the snap of the wrist to change angles. This will a very useful training tool to give them a visual idea of placement, height, and angle of attack as well as create muscle memory for years to come.
