I think the ankle part of the leggings is way too baggy for the rest. I really think they need to redesign

Seam on bum has broken and now cannot be worn. Only 2 months after buying product, spoke to customer service on online chat and they said nothing could be done as the returns policy had expired. Nothing about warranty issues or anything, just that they could not help me , despite their product being fault
