Five were beautiful but one arrived broken at the base (the whole plant growth is lost) and I cannot get this company to respond to my emails to save my life. They also don't have a phone number listed. How do you get your money back, or coordinate in exchange, on a plant that arrives completely busted? I would be giving five stars if they would have responded to any of my emails and helped me tackle the exchange.
