No other (honey) love...

Honey is the sweetener I allow myself. While I enjoy all beeinspired honey; the coffee blossom honey is my favorite. I love the taste. There is plenty of honey produced out here, but nothing local compares favorably. And...there are so many honeys with added flavors and excessive processing that are unacceptable. Taking out a beautiful cup to look at and warm my hands with, grinding beans to provide an aroma for the entire living space, add honey and half and half...some smooth music; my kind of ritual. This honey really does make all the difference for me.
