Love the underwear, hate the customer service

The underwear is very comfortable and I have been a long time customer. With this recent order I purchased 32 pairs of underwear. Unfortunately I managed to order 2 pairs in the wrong size. I reached out to customer service to see about exchanging them or getting a re ship of the correct size. They were unwilling to help. I enjoy the product but can’t spend money with a company that doesn’t do right by their customers.
