All and all I was happy with the service I got, The reason I didn't give 5 stars out of 5 stars because one of the elements was damaged, probably happened through the shipping, as a result I would recommend the product been packaged better for the shipping

Ordered these heater elements as I had a hard time finding them elsewhere. Received a call the morning after ordering to update me and tell me about possible delays as they had to be ordered. However they were shipped very quickly, and were received within 3 days of order. Thank you.
