We are so happy with our GOODLAND spa. The shipper had damaged parts of our spa upon delivery, but GOODLAND customer service was quick to resolve our situation with great communication and a speedy replacement. Unforeseen things happen, but it's how you resolve them that matters and GOODLAND handled it with the professionalism that is now lacking in many other companies. Can't recommend them and their products enough.

Absolutely love this tub. Very high quality, beautiful to look at and even better to be in. Boated it over to our island and carried it up some rock, manageable with 2 people. Excellent communication as well, we couldn’t be happier!
