Over one year of satisfaction with our Ferla

We cannot say enough good things about our Ferla Cargo Bike and Ferla Family Bikes. They have impeccable customer service and are so helpful if we have any questions about the bike. Even a year in, they are still responsive and very knowledgeable about their products. We use ours daily and couldn't be happier. We run errands like grabbing groceries or dropping off packages, we use it for kid transportation (I've have four kids in it a number of times) and we use it in all kinds of weather- rain, snow, wind... and the bike holds up every time. We previously had a different brand and that one cannot compare to the quality and service from Ferla. We are consistently stopped and asked about the bike and people regularly comment on the high quality of the bikes. Additionally, our annual spending on gasoline dropped over 40% and we saved over $500 last year on gas. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

Absolutely in love

I rarely drove my car since moving to our new city about 4 years ago. I always used my bike with attached trailer, but my middle kid was getting bigger so I needed something else. I go grocery shopping with my kids in it. We got to doctor and dentist appointments. We go everywhere and it’s so much easier on me than pulling 70 lbs in the bike trailer. It took me about two days of riding it without my kids in to get comfortable turning it. It’s really so easy to use. I highly recommend it!!! I have three kids. 3,5 & 9. They absolutely love it & get so excited when I say we’re going somewhere in it. People that we pass walking always smile & say they love it. I’ve even had car drivers honk & wave. My only advice is, if you have kids under 6 or a child of any age with any physical challenge, splurge for the side door. I should have not listened to my husband and got it. Other than that I LOVE it!!! I smile all the time I’m riding it!

Great experience
