Essential Crossbody

I had an issue with the Crossbody. I returned it to Waterfield for evaluation and received a response the same day the bag was received. A new Crossbody was in the mail the next morning and received a day later. it is a great bad and the perfect size for me. It allows me to carry essential items like my phone, wallet, glasses, notepad, etc. I would highly recommend this Crossbody and along with the superior customer service. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Perfect Daily Bag

It took me a while, but I have finally found my "daily driver" bag! It's tough finding something made well, that looks good, is the right size, and fits me. This is it. In it, I keep my 2 wallets, keys, iPhone, receipts (for business), and occasionally, my sunglasses. I love the separated and padded interior sleeve for my phone. I love the long strap - I'm 6-2 and broad shouldered and this thing fits perfect; it doesn't look like I'm wearing a necklace. I like the look & feel and it's light. If I could offer any ideas for future generations of this bag: I wish there were more colors to choose from in the nylon fabric - not trim colors but actual bag colors. They're all black, but other colors might be a good idea (even if it's a "custom order" costs more). And, a small zippered exterior pocket on the hip-touching side of the bag would be nice for like a bluetooth earpiece/Airpods or something similar in size. If that happens, let me know and I'll buy another bag from you. :-) Great job, Gary! This bag rocks!!
