not ground well

this was very gritty and not ground to powder properly

First time I’ve bought this product to use as a tea. Flavour is not something to be desired but my main concern is I’m finding it quite gritty. And I don’t know if this is normal. I emailed the seller. I had hoped they would have gotten back to me by now but I am still awaiting a response.
