Love it but little tear on sleeve

I really love the shirt and this is one of my favorite brands. I wore the shirt to work but as I was putting it on I noticed a small tear on the sleeve…and it’s brand new… I folded the sleeve to cover it but am disappointed I paid as much as I did and this is what I got. I’m going to keep it but I just can’t believe that’s how it came… not sure if I can trust purchasing again.
