Mediflow Water Pillow - Elite Down

Awesome pillow

If we could we would give Mediflow USA zero stars because the customer service at Mediflow is very abusive and we were sold moldy pillows. The pillows that we received were so moldy that they caused severe allergic reactions. When we contacted the company immediately upon receipt of the moldy pillows to ask for an exchange, we were abused in email and on the phone. It was a horrible experience and we were actually yelled at and gaslighted. We are still in shock about the abuse that we received from them and have no idea how anyone can run a business like that. Do not go through what we did. Buy from the Company Store instead. Mediflow USA has serious issues that need to be resolved. Their customer service is the worst we’ve ever encountered. One can only imagine how toxic that workspace is and how many people went through what we did with them. We got abused and robbed by Mediflow USA.

This is a big disappointment! I was using an Elite Fiber, I was loving it! Until it turned brown and odorous, I decided to change... thinking a more expensive Down will do a better job. Unfortunately, I was wrong! On the first use the next morning, I woke up with neck and back pain! I wonder whether it is the standard of Mediflow has dropped or the Elite Down just doesn't suit me? To find out, I bought another Elite Fiber... it's on the way and will give a review again soon
