I work in a baseball stadium near the dugout. During 4th of July, in 103 degree heat, I wore these sleeves and I did not get burned on my aMrs and it even kept me cool. Probably was cooler than people wearing tank tops. and my sweat was more contained. Easy washing too. 100% would recommend. I wear it anytime there is a day game and know I’ll be safe from the ever burning sun. The fabric is stretchy and elastic so it moves with you and you don’t even realize you have it on. Practical and easy to wear.
