They work. Bul with a problem

They work. They keep your feet in the pedals. But all the exposed extra Velcro picks up hairs and fibers quickly and makes them look ratty. They are a good idea but poorly executed. If I could do it over again if buy something else. Especially with the cost of these pieces of Velcro.

Heel straps

The heel straps have worked well and I like that I can use them with different shoes as the weather dictates rather than being limited by one pair of dedicated clip shoes.
