TWSBI Diamond 580 Fountain Pen - Iris

Not just pretty to look at!

Absolutely love this pen so far! Aside from just being plain pretty to look at, it feels well balanced in my hand and writes like a dream. I opted for a medium nib, as I sometimes find fine nibs to be a bit scratchy or affect the ink flow, after a week solid of daily use, this pen is becoming the one I reach for more than my other fountain pens!

So far so smooth! Using with Lamy dark lilac. Nothing negative to say so far.

This is the second time buying this pen. I had to give my last one to a friend who fell in love with it after only one use. The larger nib size seems to make for smoother writing. The faceted body is beautiful and the ink capacity is nice if you don't grow weary of writing for months in the same color. Really, that is the only problem I have with this wonderful pen...deciding what color to use.
