Elara Platform Bed

Nice bed

The bed is sturdy, soft and overall lovely. I was not expecting to have to build the entire thing though, for the cost of shipping I would have bought from another company that offers white glove delivery and builds out the bed for you for the same cost.

Bed was very hard to put together and didn’t come with detailed instructions. Has broken already and can’t really use the bed. Did get a fast response from customer service that they are looking into it and will get back to me in 2-3days. In the meantime I am sleeping on the floor on a mattress.

Missing Parts

The bed arrived but it is missing the main support posts to assemble it. It has been 5 days since I notified customer service (via email since there is no phone number to call,) but we still do not have a resolution for shipping out the missing posts.
