Good device but when stayed plugged in it has a dim flickering light. Dont know if it is intentional. Also when turned on there is a slight hum as well. It is not that distracting but just want to know if it is supposed to do that. Overall still good.

I expected to see improvement immediately, but I read that it can take a bit which seems to be the case for me. I didn't see anything and after about 2 weeks realized I never remembered falling g asleep so obviously it is working. I'm excited to continue and see how much more my sleep improves.

La lampe emmet un bruit de sifflement, subtile mais très agaçant pour s'endormir. Pas acceptable vu le prix de la lampe
