Stiff and Plastic Feeling

Exactly why buying fabric in person is so important. Very sorry to have made this purchase. This might be a good backing for machine quilted but not for hand quilting, it is very stiff and almost feels like plastic. Now I'm back to trying to find the right fabric for my quilt.
