Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

You Light Up Our Lives.

Having seen one in action we decided to try the Jackery generator for our home. It is easy to run and install. The customer service is patient and kind if we have questions. Having set that up we ordered the extra battery pack to go with it. the price was right. Customer service answered our questions. It was shipped and delivered within a few days. We are now set for a terrible New England winter should there be one. It is my husband's favorite piece of equipment in our home. He built a cabinet for it so it looks nice.

I didn't realize that I had the Jackery 2000 V2, and that it was not expandable with batteries. Once I realize this, I contacted customer service and they're charging me $49 to return it. I guess I can see it was my error, but I also don't understand electronics or what I was reading. I literally contacted them the same day it was delivered and explained the problem and they still denied it. Waiting on a return label as we speak, it's been 2 days. I hear Eco flow is better. With a 7 year warranty instead of a 3 year warranty with Jackery and poor customer service. If I hadn't already purchased the V2 and the window closed from Amazon two weeks ago. I would've returned that as well. I went with an Eco flow but now I'm stuck with it. Do your due diligence and research research research before spending 1000+ dollars on something with poor customer service and no returns.

Thank you for a good product. My only dissatisfaction is the older Jackery systems are not compatible with the newer smart technology
