Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus 50 HZ issue

Delivery was a bit scattered with the unit arriving last. The biggest issue was in setting up the app, somehow the unit was putting out 120v 50 HZ. Nowhere in the manual does it even say it is capable or putting out 50HZ, just 60HZ. Your customer service was also not aware if this or how to toggle it back to 60HZ. Someone on a Google search tole how to do it by holding down the AC switch. Come on people - you got to do better than this! Very disappointed. Just glad I spotted it before damaged any sensitive equipment!!!!!!

2000 plus

Overall build quality seems very well done, from actual unit to cables and everything. Very impressed there. Only hang up is unit doesn't seem to hold a charge for as long as you would think when running low wattage items. Drains faster than expected. Items include TVs, lights, toasters, air fryers, mini fridge. Also, solar charging seems slow. with both 200W panels in extreme sun it took 8 hours to charge unit back from 56% to 100% without any output being pulled to other devices. I could never get more than 300watts of input into unit. Overall nice but seems I need a more robust system like the 2000 add on pack and additional panels. I'm thinking maybe one of my panels is bad.
