Caramel Bites Are A Real Delight

These little chocolate covered caramel bites really should be called Caramel Truffles. The vanilla of the very soft, almost liquid caramel comes through against the fantastic Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate dark chocolate. They became one of my top favorites on the first bite!
