Best Jamalaya Mix Ever
I make this 3-4 times a year - everyone loves it. I tweak the add-ins a little (I use chicken instead of shrimp) and it's absolutely delcious. Good heat w/o being too hot to eat. Just love it as a base to build up on, it's really really good!
