I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I purchased this necklace from US Jewels in January for around $429. My husband loved it, but the cross began discoloring almost immediately, and by February I had purchased jewelry cleaner to maintain its appearance. A few months later, the chain snapped. I reached out to customer service and followed up but never received a response. The necklace was beautiful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. For the price, I expected better quality and customer service.

Best ever service and quality chain. Its the real deal. I gifted it to a young college student whise cross had broke and he was so excited when he received it. Outstanding.
