Super thin and wrinkles really easily

This was a last chance item and I was trying to ask customer service multiple times if last chance items could be returned and no one would get back to me at all after days. I was afraid the shorts would sellout so I pulled the trigger. Then after I ordered they finally got back to me to tell me that you can’t return last chance items. The shorts are too big even though I picked the same size I have in 2 of their jeans. I contacted customer service again to ask if an exception could be made since they would not answer my question for days. They just said no, I can’t and I have responded a few times with my disappointment and they won’t even respond. Horrible customer service. Now I am stuck with a useless pair of $40 shorts.
