This is, by far, the best salami and jerky we've ever tasted. Our favorite is the elk cherry cheddar salami. The customer service at Country Smoke House is exceptional.

Country Smoke house and Steve Francis and family are in a league of their own. Their products are all fantastic and the salami meats are world class. Elk cherry cheddar is def a favorite and it's so good that people down here in Florida are flying up there to Michigan with me just to meet Steve and shop in the store. What else can you say ????
