Jordan Beddy's

Only negative so far is the website wasn't very intuitive, but after a quick 2-3 min call, it was easy (maybe that's just me!). Everything else has been amazing. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the quality even the pillowcases and zippers are impressive. I accidentally ordered the wrong base style instead of the zipper base, and I was upset, but customer service made the return effortless: repack, drop at FedEx, scan it, and I had tracking within an hour. My Shop account was refunded in 3 days, I received updates every step of the way, and my replacements arrived 3 days later. Best of all, my 2 boys, who fight me on almost every chore (even after buying a $300 chore board to remind), have made their beds every day for the last 2 weeks without being asked. I'll update later on long-term durability, but so far I'm thrilled!

Poor Workmanship

I bought ten Beddy’s all zipbase. Out of the 10, 5 of them are Jordans ( 2 full, 3 queens). Why so many? The zipper area kept breaking. The first time I repurchased thanks to the wonderful customer service. But recently something must have happened because it took awhile for them to get back and they are now saying that it’s wear and tear. I had one for less than nine months and that one was used for two weeks for guests and the other one for less than six months. I would not buy something for $400 plus with wear and tear problems occurring less than a year. I love the Beddy’s for convenience but if the wear and tear happens sooner than it should with the amount i spend to buy I’m not sure I want to make that investment anymore, at least for the Jordan. I’m disappointed that since Beddy’s is the only one on the market they feel like they can treat the customers and workmanship like this due to no competition in the market.

Very nice

This purchase was for my son’s bed. It looks fantastic in his room. This is his second one I have purchased from beddys. They are made extremely well.
