Clean and Neat for our bpare bedroom

I love Beddy’s. This is my 4th product to order from them and unfortunately it really fell short. After only 6 months of use the top comforter is showing significant wear. It is faded and almost looks like it’s pilling. I emailed and reached out to customer service, and they told me that there’s nothing they can do. They offered me 40% off of another one, but that isn’t really a deal when I spent $400 on this one. Very disappointed in the quality of this set and the response from customer service.

As much as I was looking forward to this bedding, the quality doesn’t match the price. After 1 wash on delicate after 3 weeks the bottom sheet has a few holes at the foot end & the top comforter looks like its started to pull/tear. This is on an unused guest bed. Highly disappointed!
