Great boards, terrible customer service

First, love the boards. Beyond that the experience wasn’t great. I spent 3 days going back and forth with Slick Willys customer service just trying to get an order placed. One person said they could not customize Trex boards. Another said they could. Was not an option on the website, even though it WAS in fact an available option in real world. At one point I considered just walking away from it, but the boards were a gift. I asked repeatedly for a phone number, but they don’t list or give one out. If my customer service group was this dysfunctional, I wouldn’t want to speak directly to a customer either. Love the boards, terrible service.
