Purchased on 1/22 still have yet to receive either of the buckle wallets I order nor have they been actually shipped. When the website says 1-3 processing and 2-3 day shipping which means I should’ve gotten them sometime last week. Finally heard back from the company today that one was out of stock and to pick another after already receiving an email that it was shipped, not the best customer service just wish I was notified when I purchased it that it was sold out and was honest about shipping policy like it states on the website or an email that it would take longer to process/ship. These were supposed to be an anniversary gift now will hopefully be a Valentines gift if they comes in on time. When I receive them I’d love to change my thought on this review because I know multiple people that have one and love it but didn’t have to go through the process that I have.
