zazen Complete Restore Pack

Exceptional customer service

I've had my Zazen water filer for about 10 years and couldn't live without it. I recently bought the restore pack and noticed that the water was filtering very fast from the top to the bottom tank. I sent an email asking if this was a new development or if I'd done something wrong. To my surprise I received an immediate phone call from a real person, not AI, telling me that they'd upgraded the ceramic filter to increase water flow. I was very impressed with this exceptional level of customer service. Thank you!

Lovely, filtered water.

Our water tastes so much better from the Zazen Water Filter than it does from the tap which often tastes muddy or full of chlorine. My in-laws notice the difference when they come to visit. I love that we get a reminder when the filter parts need to be repurchased and replaced as life is often too busy to remember everything.

Great Customer Service

Your team are always ready to help. I have only just swapped them today as been too busy.
