Stops the night folks from disturbing the morning folks when turning on TV!

When nephew stayed here (night person) we (morning folks) would wake him up during morning coffee w/TV to point he slept w/a head set on - NO MORE - this STOPS the TV from disturbing those still sleeping! YEAH!!
