Croissant Huggie Earring

I ordered these expecting them to be gold as they claim to be gold plated. I was shocked when I opened the box to reveal that they are a faded silver color. I wish I could attach a picture. I contacted the company with a photo and they refused to acknowledge the color discrepancy. They said I could return but I would have to pay a $5 restocking fee. I just don’t find that to be fair since they were very much so misrepresented on the website. I definitely don’t recommend ordering from Oomjay as they are unfortunately not very reliable.

Wrong metal color

I'm so sad because I was so excited about the croissant earring. I ordered a gold earring and they sent me a silver. When I went to try to exchange it on the website, exchange was not an option I would've had to return it. So, I emailed them to see if I could get it exchanged and was told "Unfortunately, we don't sell a silver croissant huggie." Which is weird because I received a silver croissant in the mail. Now I see that it's currently sold out, so I'm bummed I didn't get what I ordered. I hope that others received the correct metal color. The huggies are also much smaller than I thought they'd be, but still really cute. Also, I was getting responses via email but the responses stopped after I sent the photo of the earrings.
