I am about halfway through this book.i was on the fence about getting it but I am so grateful that I did! The author breaks things down so easy to become more aware of things. I've experienced everything and more that he shares about himself but have always been ify about trying to heighten. I'll say the "ify-ness" is gone. Definitely recommend this book!
